Sound syncing problems

When I playback my Bloggie videos the sound does not sync with the people speaking - it is way ahead of the movie. does anyone know why this is and how to fix it please? thanks

    Hi Bottler1984, welcome to the Sony Forums

     

    Do you have the latest firmware update for your Bloggie? The audio sync issue was fixed with an update a while ago.

    Thanks for that - i tried that - got as far as updating on my Bloggie but then it did not reboot or upload the new software. tried it twice for good measure but no luck. is there something else I should try?
