Hard Drive Replaced, None of Softwaree from Sony on it

Hi Guys

I am computer & IT illeterate.

I had my Harddrive replaced by a computer guy. Now noneof the sony software on it. I never made a recovery cd as I thought everything was on hard drive and should be OK.

How do I reload everyting. I have been to website and try downloading the things but not sure in which order what should I down load.

My laptop is VGN-NR21ZT

Help would me much aprecaited. Also the windows keep on crahsing especially when playing any videos.

    Hi Turab,

     

    The best thing for you to do is contact Sony Support and purchase a set of Recovery Discs.

     

    These will allow you to install a legal operating system and all the Sony software and drivers.

     

    Not all the software is available for download - only drivers and utilities.
