Can I convert the power adapter?

I'm moving overseas (UK to AUS) and rather than use a generic power converter, can I get an electrician to change the cord and plug to an AUS one? Will this work or will I ruin it? I have the CMT-HX80R.

    As I saw there are no power adapter like that in the Accessories section. So for more details please contact the customer support center. And if you really need it then you have to go for third party options. http://imagicon.info/cat/12-13/vmware_happy.gif

    Thnaks Nayan. I was looking to see if I could physically change the plug from a UK one to an AUS one. I'll keep looking.
